1. Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom orders (like personalized or engraved items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@buyblissly.shop or call us at +1 (606) 631-9601 during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST).
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There is no restocking fee for returns.
3. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@buyblissly.shop.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

- Domestic Shipping Only: Buyblissly LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
