We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
6. Shipping Policy
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Destinations: Buyblissly LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Standard Shipping is free ($0) on all orders and typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery after processing.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Damages: Buyblissly LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Buyblissly LLC.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@buyblissly.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Cost: Buyblissly LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
